Exfoliation is a crucial part of any skin care regimen as it rids the skin of dead skin cell build up that can cause

skin to appear thick and dull, as well it helps to dislodge ingrown hairs from beneath the upper layers of skin.

For best results use the Sugar Apple Scrubbing Mask at least twice a week.
In-grown hairs, also known as razor bumps, are the most common issue men face when caring for their skin.

Here are a few tips for getting rid of the problem:

The general cause of in-grown hairs is the use of a dull razor blade. Advise your client to always use a fresh blade and he should experience less of a problem.

To remove existing ingrown hair using a tweezer, follow these simple steps; cleanse to remove dirt and debris, exfoliate to clean pores and clear away dry skin, and finally use fine tweezers to extract the hair.

Client Use: Following cleansing, apply a thin layer of the Scrubbing Mask over face and neck. Using light pressure, sweep in upward strokes being cautious not to over stimulate the skin. Rinse thoroughly with warm water to remove. Use up to twice a week, avoid contact with eyes.

Professional Use: Apply an even layer of Scrubbing Mask over face and neck. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes while steaming the face. Gently massage in circular motions to allow grains to loosen dead skin cells. Pay particular attention to the shaved area as it tends to accumulate a lot of buildup. Remove thoroughly with warm wet towels ensuring that the skin is completely free of grains.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.

If you have other US products with 2-5 business days shipping time in the same order, it will adhere to the 4-7 business days, even with expedited or overnight shipping. We suggest placing separate orders if you need the 2-5 business days products expedited or overnighted.

We are a cross-border company with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas.

Standard dropshipping times:

US products: 2 - 5 business days*

Orders that contain 15 or more overseas products (all have to be the same shipping timeframe) will be shipped directly to you or your customer, which can cut down shipping time by 2 - 3 business days.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns of bodysuits and intimates.

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
